Welcome to our lake fishing guide. These terms explain how you can use our site to find the best lake fishing spots, book guided trips, and track your caught fish. By creating an account or booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms, so take a few moments to relax and read them before you head out.
You may use our lake fishing guide only for lawful fishing purposes. Please respect local catch limits, protect freshwater fish populations, and treat other anglers and our team fairly. You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt our tools, or do anything that could harm our community of anglers enjoying good times on the water.
You're responsible for keeping your angler account secure, including your password and any catch records or trip bookings saved under it. If you ever spot unusual activity, or suspect someone else is using your account to log fish or book a guided lake fishing trip, let us know right away so we can help.
Paid subscriptions to our lake fishing guide are billed in advance on a recurring basis, whether monthly or seasonal. Every price is shown clearly before you subscribe, with no hidden costs. You're free to upgrade to a bigger package, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings, so you only pay for the bass fishing adventure you want.
You can cancel your lake fishing guide subscription whenever you like — no questions asked. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, giving you time to log any last caught fish, then it simply won't renew. You keep access to your catch records and fishing notes right up until that date.
We work hard to keep our lake fishing guide running smoothly, from up-to-date lake maps to accurate catch data, but fishing trips and nature can be unpredictable. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid during the period in which the issue happened, whatever the cause.
We may update these terms from time to time as our lake fishing guide grows and adds new features for anglers. The latest version will always be posted right here on this page, and we'll reach out to let you know whenever we make any material changes that affect how you use the service.
